Shrinivas is a talent and research professional with over 7 years of experience delivering end-to-end recruiting, expert network solutions, and client-facing talent strategies across consulting, private equity, financial services, and technology.

His experience spans leading platforms and search partners such as GLG, a global expert network, Talmix, a digital marketplace for independent consulting talent, ADDA Talent Solutions, and independent recruiting engagements. He has deep capability across talent mapping, strategic sourcing, onboarding, and account management, working with stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and the Middle East on both permanent and project-based mandates.

In parallel, he serves as the COO of Sri Shubh Yatra, overseeing ground operations for pilgrim and spiritual tourism in India, Bali, and other regional hubs.  He holds a Degree in Finance & Economics Management  from the University of London, bringing a strong analytical and commercial lens to workforce planning, selecting drivers, guides & hotels/resorts to increase the operational efficiency, and client delivery across his Talent & Travel portfolio.

As the founder of Ind Asia Holidays in 2001, he has successfully managed and guided thousands of tourists and pilgrims from around the world, ensuring memorable experiences rooted in comfort, care, and cultural authenticity.

Building on this legacy, Sri Rajan now leads SRI SHUBH YATRA, an initiative born from Ind Asia Holidays, dedicated to providing holistic pilgrimage solutions for Hindu devotees. The company specializes in organizing customized pilgrimage experiences, covering every detail from transportation and accommodation to special darshan arrangements and sacred homas for specific pariharas at holy destinations such as Varanasi, Rameswaram, and Prayagraj.
