Shri Nirmal Ratanlal Vaid is the President and Founder of Paridhi Art Group, a non-profit organization established in 1985 with the aim of promoting the art and culture of the land. He owns and operates Paridhi Arts Gallery, which is located in Karol Bagh, Delhi. As President of All India Folk and Tribal Arts Parishath, Shri Nirmal Ratanlal Vaid leads this important organization in its mission to preserve and celebrate India's rich folk and tribal artistic heritage. He serves as the North India Chief Coordinator for Dhanwantari Foundation International, where he plays a key role in coordinating the foundation's activities across the northern region of India. Shri Vaid is the Chief Patron of White Shadow Trust, an organization dedicated to social and cultural causes. He also holds the position of Vice President at Nrityanjali Sai Foundation and Vice President at Hamari Akanksha Trust, demonstrating his commitment to multiple philanthropic initiatives. Deputy Director – EMBA & Assistant Professor - Entrepreneurship, SP Jain School of Global Management TP is a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and a Chartered Accountant (Indian CA). With over 37 years of post-qualification experience, having worked in India, Singapore, and Dubai. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is also an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India, where he completed an 8-month course in the "General Management Program" in 2012. In August 2017, he successfully completed a two-month Online Course on "Design Thinking" from the MIT Sloan School of Management at MIT, Massachusetts, U.S.A. TP was certified in September 2018 by StratX Simulations, Paris, to conduct the "Blue Ocean Strategy Simulation". TP successfully completed "The Entrepreneurial Edge" program at London Business School in August 2023. He completed the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Program from KPMG India in September 2023. TP has worked in various companies in India, Singapore, and Dubai in Senior Management Positions for over 25 years and has been advising companies for the last 12 years on Business Excellence, Business Process Re-engineering, and Strategic Alliances. In August 2023, TP joined SP Jain as Deputy Director of the Executive MBA Program & Assistant Professor - Entrepreneurship. TP is teaching Management Accounting, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Small Business Growth, Blue Ocean Strategy, and Integrative Decision Making for the Executive MBA Program. TP is a keen researcher with interests in Small Business Growth, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation, with a special focus on the Small and Medium Enterprises Sector. He provides strategic advisory services for the banking sector with a focus on AI initiatives and large language models in financial risk modeling. Previously, he served as Chief Data Officer at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, where he developed pioneering, state-of-the-art data infrastructure initiatives for the newly created federal agency, which resulted in more than $20 billion in restitution savings for American consumers. Anand has held senior leadership positions at Management Consulting and Consumer Data Services organizations, where he led enterprise-wide digital transformations, served as a trusted advisor for C-Suite clients, and implemented cloud-based data solutions that significantly improved operational efficiency and reporting performance.
